DESCRIPTION:In this class we will be working through a series of poses to prepare our body for Eagle Pose\, expect to try out lots of leg and hip stretches as well as upper back openers. There is no expectation of how it looks when we get there\, its more about the fun of the preparation! As always we will end with 10 – 15 mins of coherent breathing based relaxation.

SUMMARY:Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Relaxation Class - Focus on "letting go".
DESCRIPTION:This is a gentle hatha yoga and breath focussed class\, which is suitable for all\, and can be adapted to suit individual needs.  The focus this week will be on letting go\, in both the body and the mind.  We will go  through a variety of static and moving postures for 40 – 45 mins\, and will finish with 10 –  15 mins relaxation at the end\, using the Coherent Breathing technique.  In this class we use the sound of chimes to aid with the timing of the breath.  Once you have booked on\, Suzi will send you the zoom invite to your e mail address.
