Breathwork, Mediation and Relaxation Classes
When are the Classes Held?
Classes vary in time and day but are usually between 45 mins – 1 hour long and are all listed individually. Classes are currently held online.
What to Expect
Each week is different but has a similar structure. The aim is to release stress from the body, bring you into relaxation and then re – invigorating the body once more to prepare you for the rest of your day.
We start with some grounding and a gentle coming in to the here and now, followed by some shaking and tapping which will release stress and loosen the body.. We then move into more focussed breath work and end with 15 – 20 mins of coherent breathing. As the relaxation can be quite deep we allow for 5 mins at the end to bring the mind and body back into a more alert state so that you are able to arrive back into your day, rested but invigorated.
Classes for Everyone
The group is small and friendly and the classes are designed so that anyone can attend, with or without prior experience of breathwork or moving meditations. No equipment is necessary, but loose clothes, a space to stand sit and lie as well as a cozy blanket for the last part of the class.
