Suzi Moore is a trainer and teacher who offers one to one sessions, workshops and professional training in the field of trauma and wellbeing. Suzi offers guided breathwork and yoga classes, as well as training for professionals around the theory of trauma, and how to practically look after themselves and support others with whom they come into contact.
Trauma informed yoga recognises the dynamics of trauma and seeks to pre-empt what might be challenging for people attending classes.
