Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops
A number of mental health and wellbeing workshops will take place throughout the year. The workshops are focused on themes around stress, trauma, relaxation and soothing the nervous system.
The workshop sessions are a mix of educational and practical. They will take place in and around the Bristol / Somerset area.
Groups will always be kept small and there will be a focus on personal safety.
The content of the mental health and wellbeing workshops comes from a combination of my Yoga training, my Breath-Body-Mind training also other courses and learning that I have undertaken over the years.

“Breath-Body-Mind” is a combination of ancient healing practices with modern psychology and neuroscience to create a program of movement, breathing techniques, and mental focus.
These practices have been brought together into a program that is accessible and simple to learn by Dr Brown and Dr Gerbarg, who you can learn more about through their organisation at BREATH-BODY-MIND™ | Evidence-based Integrative Health.
I am a level 1 teacher of these methods and was trained by Dr Brown and Dr Gerbarg, and the more experienced teachers within the organization. I regularly volunteer as a teacher on their teacher training programs and introductory courses, as a way of continuing my own learning and development.
I have found these practices to be so effective that they have become part of my daily routine and I highly recommend trying them out for yourself. I run courses periodically through the year and top up sessions monthly for those who already know the practices.
