Soothe an agitated nervous system in this Donation Based Samaritans Fundraising Breath-Body-Mind sessions

Come and join me for a 45 mins session where we will be practicing evidence based techniques to soothe the nervous system. These sessions are applicable and open to all. We will begin the session by practicing some energising breath techniques to help us to shed our first layer of stress. We will then be following with some balancing breath meditations and finishing up with 15 mins of Coherent Breathing. An excellent breath practice for activating our “rest and repair” function in our nervous system. All you need is a comfy chair, room to stand and a place to lie down for the relaxation if you wish.
