This 6 week Breath-Body-Mind course
Breath-Body-Mind combines ancient healing practices with modern psychology and neuroscience to create a programme of movement, breathing techniques and mental focus.
The course runs on a Thursday from 6:30 pm – 7:30pm over Zoom on the following dates:
