This workshop is designed to offer you 90 mins of pure self indulgent focus with the aim of leaving you feeling happy, rested and with some new skills for your toolbox. We will be practicing how to frame your mindset to a place of positivity, how to release tension from your body and how to drop into deep relaxation, setting you up for the weekend ahead
