Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Relaxation Class – Immune System focus

This class will focus on the lymphatic system, finding simple poses and flow of movement to support the immune system in its work. As always there will be 10 – 15 mins relaxation at the end, using the Coherent Breathing technique. Once you have booked on you will be sent the zoom log in for the session, please arrive 5 mins before class and for this session, if you can find a free wall with space to use for the legs, that will be helpful
