Gentle Yoga and Relaxation with a focus on feeling grounded

To feel grounded is to be in the here and the now, to be aware of your body and its sensations. It can feel like you are fully present, without dipping in to thoughts and feelings of the past or future. Feeling grounded can bring peace and acceptance at times when life can feel like a whirlwind. In the class we will explore movement, breath and stillness which can encourage and cultivate feelings of being grounded, finishing as always with 10 – 15 mins of relaxation
