Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Relaxation Class – focus on Gratitude

In this class, you will be invited to try out some different postures, and flows of breath with movement, with a focus on finding some gratitude for our bodies, our minds and the world we inhabit. We will end with a 10 – 15 mins relaxation at the end using the Coherent Breathing techniques with the use of chimes to encourage out breath timing.
