Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Relaxation – working towards Eagle pose

In this class we will be working through a series of poses to prepare our body for Eagle Pose, expect to try out lots of leg and hip stretches as well as upper back openers. There is no expectation of how it looks when we get there, its more about the fun of the preparation! As always we will end with 10 – 15 mins of coherent breathing based relaxation.
