Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Relaxation Class – Focus on “letting go”.

This is a gentle hatha yoga and breath focussed class, which is suitable for all, and can be adapted to suit individual needs. The focus this week will be on letting go, in both the body and the mind. We will go through a variety of static and moving postures for 40 – 45 mins, and will finish with 10 – 15 mins relaxation at the end, using the Coherent Breathing technique. In this class we use the sound of chimes to aid with the timing of the breath. Once you have booked on, Suzi will send you the zoom invite to your e mail address.
