Yoga as an antidote to the desk job

Too much sitting down for work can cause us to have stiffness and tightness in many areas of our body. This class will focus on the areas of our body and mind that may need an extra bit of attention if we have been at our desk jobs for long periods of time. As always the last part of the class will be spent relaxing in coherent breathing
